2.2 Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted
3 Three Year Guarantee*
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a 3 year guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults or defects.
We will offer to repair, replace with a like-for-like item, or if that is not possible, then refund you in full on receipt of the faulty item being returned. We will refund the cost of return postage for faulty items.
This warranty does not cover faults due to wear and tear, or any damage arising from misuse, or use not in accordance with the product instructions, or its intended use.
4 International Shipping
For shipping outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import taxes and/or customs fees prior to delivery. These are usually payable direct to the courier. Please also be aware that these charges would be payable over and above the cost of the item(s) purchased and their related shipping fees.
